Jonathan Davis of Korn
One day on January 18, 1971, in Bakersfield CA, an angel came to Mrs. Davis and said, "Tonight you will bear a son. The father will be Rick Davis. You are to name your child Jonathan Houseman Davis. He will grow up to change people's lives. So that night Mrs. Davis had her child and named him Jonathan Houseman Davis.
Jonathan always liked music, listening to bands such as Duran Duran, but his father, however, did not want him to go in his footsteps. Jon didn't listen. At 5 he learned to play the drums. In high school (he attended Highland High) he joined a band called Sex Art and learned to play the bagpipes after he heard "Amazing Grace" being played. During a Sex Art show, Jonathan was discovered by Munky and Head, and they asked him to try out for their band. That band became the now very famous KoRn.
