Skye rejoins Morcheeba

Morcheeba, multi-million-selling darlings of downtempo with their soul and country-inflected, sampladelic mood music, are set to perform their first show with Skye on vocals since 2003 at Caprices festival in Switzerland on April 9, 2010.

From 1996 to 2003, Morcheeba released five albums: Who Can You Trust, Big Calm and Fragments Of Freedom, Charango, and Parts of the Process, spawning hits such as The Sea, Rome Wasn't Built in A Day, Trigger Hippie, Part Of The Process, Otherwise and Be Yourself among others.

The band are currently in the studio putting the finishing touches on a brand new album. With Skye on board, fans can expect the classic Morcheeba sound; Skye's luscious familiar vocals, with the Godfrey Brothers' on beats and guitar - the as yet untitled album is due for an early summer release.
